Todd Cadby, MS, PT, ATCTodd Cadby, MS, PT, ATC

Todd Cadby, MS, PT, ATC, CGFI has had more than 20 years experience in athletic training and sports medicine. He has an undergraduate degree from Oregon State in Sports Medicine where he graduated with honors. He went on to graduate school at Arcadia University in Philadelphia to obtain his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Todd has attended many continuing education courses over the years. Some of the course topics have been: vestibular, spine, shoulder, knee, TMJ dysfunction, and foot and ankle rehabilitation. However, his favorite courses have been through The Ola Grimsby Institute focusing on manual techniques and Medical Exercise Therapy. Todd has written several articles that have been published in various medical journals, rehab magazines, and protocol publications.

Upon opening Rebound in 2001, Todd said, "I want to provide the highest quality physical therapy available. Quality therapy is not found in all the bells and whistles of rehab it is found in the experienced hands of a dedicated PT." Todd is certified through the Titleist Performance Institute as a Golf Fitness Instructor. Todd started Rebound Golf Performance to help golfers achieve their best golf game by addressing their personal physical limitations and correcting them, or learning how to overcome them.

Todd and his wife, Leslie, own Rebound and have worked together for most of his career. They have two children, Ryan and Jessica who are active in sports and many other extracurricular activities. In his free time, you can find Todd watching his kids play soccer, or out with his family on Lake Powell. When it is too cold for boating you'll find Todd playing golf on one of the many Valley courses or heading to the high country for a little snow skiing.

 JimiesonBecky Jimieson , PT, MPT

Becky graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. She attended undergraduate school at the University of Arizona where she received her B.S. in Physiology. Her interests in physical therapy lie in evidence based orthopedic rehab, and she has diverse experience in the hospital and outpatient settings.

Becky has grown up in Scottsdale, Arizona and considers herself a native of the Valley. In her free time, Becky likes to run, catch the latest movie, try new restaurants, and visit southern California to catch up with several of her friends who live there.

Becky is dedicated to providing effective and compassionate care with a multifaceted treatment approach to help her clients achieve their goals, return to their daily activities and sports they enjoy.

Alison RussellAlison Russell, DPT

In 2006, Alison received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis, MO, one of the top Physical Therapy programs in the country. She is also a proud alumnus of the University of Arizona, where she obtained a B.S. in Physiological Sciences with honors in 2003. Alison has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2003. She brings a hands-on approach to Rebound, utilizing manual therapy along with evidence based therapeutic exercise. Before starting at Rebound, Alison worked in an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Spokane, WA. Aside from treating orthopedic conditions, Alison will be involved in Rebound's sports medicine outreach program and WellBound, our fitness and wellness program. In her spare time she enjoys playing soccer, hiking, snowboarding and traveling.

Alison strives to maximize your physical therapy experience, assisting you to achieve your goals while creating a personable and comfortable atmosphere.

Beth ReynoldsBeth Reynolds, PT, MSPT

Originally from Little Rock, AR, Beth attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville to complete her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology/ Exercise Physiology. She graduated with her Bachelor's and received the award for Outstanding Undergraduate Student in Exercise Science.

Beth attended physical therapy school in Dallas, TX, at Texas Woman's University. There she received a Master's of Science in Physical Therapy, along with awards for Superior Scholarship and Outstanding Clinical Education. While in Dallas, Beth worked at the Baylor Tom Landry Center, focusing on outpatient orthopedics with a special interest in manual therapy.

After getting married in Dallas, Beth and her husband moved back to Arkansas briefly, where Beth worked at an outpatient orthopedic clinic. Then in March 2011, Beth's husband's job brought them to Scottsdale.

Beth enjoys being physically active, and she and her husband enjoy hiking, trail running, skiing, and traveling together, or catching some good live music over the weekend. Beth's love for being active was what motivated her to be a PT - to help people do the activities they love. Beth is currently working toward her Doctor of Physical Therapy and plans to complete the program December 2011.

Tiffany Nei, ATC/LTiffany Nei, ATC/L

Tiffany Nei ATC/L is a certified Athletic Trainer. She attended Indiana Wesleyan University where she was a student athletic trainer, scholarship softball player and earned a bachelor's degree in athletic training. Throughout her education, Tiffany provided athletic training services to all University athletics. Her primary experience was with men's and women's indoor track, women's basketball and football. She also had a summer internship as a rehabilitation technician where she gained experience in the clinical setting. She has worked closely with inpatients and outpatients of all ages and various conditions. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys playing soccer, basketball, softball, and golf with her husband. Being from Vermont originally, she spends much of the winter months entertaining her family and friends visiting from the cooler climates! But of course, she has to fit in exercise on a daily basis.

Leslie CadbyLeslie Cadby

Leslie Cadby is the office manager at Rebound. Occasionally you will see Leslie answering the phones or scheduling appointments, however, her role is mainly behind the scenes. She handles the credentialling of all of our PTs and of our clinics, advertising, and other nuts and bolts types of tasks that keep Rebound functioning smoothly. Her degree is in Psychology from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA. She is a native of Scottsdale. When she isn't working for Rebound, she is volunteering as the PTO co-president at the elementary school where her children attend. She loves tennis, water and snow skiing, and having the whole family over for big meals and celebrations.
