Hailey Kaus, PT, DPT, ATC/L, CDN

Hailey Kaus, PT, DPT, ATC/L, CDN

My name is Hailey Kaus and I am a physical therapist here at Rebound. I am an Alumni from Northern Arizona University where I graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I have always had passion for the art and science of movement, making physical therapy my true calling.

I grew up as a competitive gymnast and I continue to coach team gymnastics while not in the clinic. I enjoy running and am usually training for long distance races throughout the year. When I am not running, coaching or in the clinic, I love spending time with my family and Mushu, my soft coated wheaten terrier.

I highly recommend Rebound Physical Therapy as our environment here is always nurturing, positive and supportive. This clinic is like no other as Rebound allows me as a therapist to treat the way I feel necessary in order to help my athletes return to the field, my weekend warriors return to the golf course or my clients to their everyday necessities. I use a variety of techniques to help my clients, my favorites being dry needling, cupping/myofascial decompression and mostly corrective exercises and loaded movement.

If I do not get a chance to be your therapist, please say hello and introduce yourself; I love meeting new people. I look forward to seeing you in our clinic. Let’s get moving.

Ian Del Grosso

Beth Shilling

Bethany attended Arizona State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Wellness. Inspired by the experience of having a younger brother diagnosed with a debilitating condition and his overcoming obstacles with the help of physical and occupational therapy, Bethany became interested in physical therapy as a career choice. While Bethany was a Sun Devil, she volunteered at the Phoenix Children's Hospital in the out patient rehab department. During her time at PCH she enjoyed learning new techniques to rehab children using playtime as a form of exercise. The children were able to use their everyday toys and games to mobilize their bodies. She loved how they always had a smile on their faces.

As part of Bethany's major at ASU she also completed an internship at Rebound during her last semester where she gained experience in the clinical setting. "Rebound has taught me that PT is more about personal care and catering to every single patients needs. No two patients are the same. The attentiveness and care Rebound provides to their patients motivates and encourages me to give the best care I can to each person I interact with everyday. I love that Rebound educates their patients with reasons on why their patients are performing their exercises and how it will benefit them. At Rebound, you learn something new everyday." Bethany plans on pursuing a career as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in the near future.

In her free time, she enjoys finding new hiking trails, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends. Being from Delaware, Bethany tries to get to the beach whenever she gets a chance.

Mike Kettle

Mike Kettle

Michael was born and raised in Manchester, England where he played soccer at Manchester City Academy then went on to join the British Military as a Mounted Duty Man in the Household Calvary. Michael moved to Arizona in 2007 to marry his wife, a Phoenix native, whom he met in 2001 while stationed in London. After moving to Arizona, Michael attended Paradise Valley Community College where he earned his Associate's Degree in Fire Science as a trained EMT.

Michael has always been passionate about fitness, keeping active, helping people, and giving back to the community. Because of this, he dedicates a significant amount of time to coaching youth soccer with Desert Elite Soccer Club. Through coaching young men and women in this strenuous sport, Michael became intimately familiar with and intrigued by the field of physical therapy. After seeing his colleagues and team members benefit from the exercises, modalities, and therapies provided through physical therapy for both acute injuries and chronic conditions, Michael found his calling. Now, his goal is to become a physical therapist.

Michael joined the Rebound team not only because of their professionalism and genuine focus on the patient but also because Rebound exemplifies his core belief that strengthening, conditioning, stretching, and moving are key to rehabilitation and, ultimately, a healthy lifestyle. In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.

Morgan Sinibaldi Physical Therapy Tech

Morgan Sinibaldi, PTT

Morgan attended The University of Arizona, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science with a focus on sports nutrition. Morgan became interested in physical therapy and sports medicine in high school by taking courses in sports medicine and spending a majority of her spare time in the athletic training room learning and watching her athletic trainer. During her time at The University of Arizona, Morgan spent a majority of her time involved in volleyball and nutrition-related clubs, as well as interning in the Lowell-Stevens Football Facility as an athletic training assistant. Her time in the football facility further intrigued her interest in rehab, leading to her current position at Rebound.

Her experience at Rebound as a Physical Therapy Tech has helped her realize her ultimate goal of furthering her education. Morgan hopes to attend a Master’s program for Athletic Training in the Fall of 2019. Her ambition is to help athletes focus on prevention and rehabilitation of injury. In her time at Rebound, Morgan has grown to love the atmosphere and patients that she interacts with, feeling constantly welcomed and able to learn through the physical therapists and her fellow staff members.

In her spare time, Morgan continues to play on an adult volleyball league, lift weights at the gym, and spend free time traveling to new places, specifically those with cooler weather.

Morgan Sinibaldi Physical Therapy Tech

Jared Chin, PTT

My name is Jared and I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. When I was younger, I played a bunch of different sports, but the one that stuck was gymnastics. I stayed with the sport long enough to follow my dream of being a collegiate athlete. When I was 20 years old, I got a call from the coach at Arizona State University asking if I wanted to come down and be on the gymnastics team. I took the opportunity and moved to Arizona a few months later. After living in Arizona for a few months I decided that this was my new home and that I would be staying here indefinitely.

What got me interested in PT is a job I had coaching cheerleading. I have a lot of knowledge and experience treating and rehabbing injuries of both myself and the kids that I coached. I had reached a point where I knew I did not what to coach forever and pursuing my goal of becoming a Physical Therapist seemed like the next logical step.

This is when I came to find Rebound. I was finishing up my degree at ASU and I needed an internship. After having a great interview with both Todd and Leslie I knew that that this was going to be a great fit for me and the next part of my journey. I have really enjoyed working at Rebound. I have found fun and friendly atmosphere of both the staff and clients to be one of the best out there. I always show up to work with a smile on my face excited to work with everyone who is coming in that day!

Outside of Rebound I am working on my application for Physical Therapy school. When I am not busy with that, I spend my time hanging out with friends, playing various sports, and going to music festivals.
