Our training sessions are done in our small private gym and typically last one hour or can be catered to specific times. Whether you are looking for post-rehabilitation programs from an injury, getting past a fitness plateau or back on track after being away from the gym for some time, our trainer can develop a specific plan to meet your individual needs and long term goals. We can also help you to maintain the gains made through a course of physical therapy. Following an evaluation of a patient's functional abilities and goals, an individualized program is developed which addresses all areas of concern, which may include patient's mobility, performance level, strength, balance and pain management. Training sessions are a combination of various techniques that foster sustainable behavior changes and lead to improved cardiovascular strength and improved flexibility.
